Hay-net.com was established in 1999 to help link buyers and sellers of hay, straw and haylage. Its use has grown over the years and is now recognised as a leading market place for anyone trading or buying hay, straw or haylage in the UK and overseas. 

We are keen to hear from merchants across UK and Ireland who can supply hay and straw to the increasing number of people contacting us for supplies. If you are interested in potentially working with us please contact John Barber on 07703 330988. 

Producers of hay and straw can place an advert on the forage for sale page by using either the  forage for sale form, by calling 07703 330988 (UK) anytime or by e-mailing office@hay-net.com. We will act as brokers, passing on details of enquiries which we receive on your behalf for a fee of 2.5% of the value of successful sales. Alternatively you can place an advert which contains your contact details. This costs £17.50 inc VAT for 6 months and potential buyers will contact you direct. We are keen to extend our services worldwide. Haylage is now marketed entirely on the basis of paid adverts. This is a new service which should be ideal for both haylage producers and buyers.

Buyers should respond to the contact details shown on the adverts. If you cannot find anything suitable on the adverts or if you want Canadian timothy or alfalfa hay please call John Barber on 07703 330988. We can source from most areas.
