Hay-net.com was established in 1999 to help link buyers and sellers of hay, straw and haylage. Its use has grown over the years and is now recognised as a leading market place for anyone trading or buying hay, straw or haylage in the UK and overseas. 

Producers of hay and straw can place an advert on the forage for sale page by using either the  forage for sale form, by calling 07703 330988 (UK) anytime or by e-mailing info@longhay.co.uk  

Hay for sale adverts submitted online are free. We will act as brokers for straw sales, passing on details of enquiries which we receive on your behalf for a fee of 2.5% of the value of successful sales. Where we are phoned to find potential buyers of hay the same commission is due. 

Haylage is now marketed entirely on the basis of paid adverts. 

Buyers should respond to the contact details shown on the adverts. If you cannot find anything suitable on the adverts you can place a hay or haylage wanted advert here. If you want Canadian timothy or alfalfa hay please call John Barber on 07703 330988. We can source from most areas.
